Sourced for a customer in 2020, this lovely Land Rover Series 2A 80 inch came to us a little dishevelled but complete with key parts such as wiper motors, gauges and all galvanised parts. This Land Rover was to be built to as close to original specifications with a couple of almost hidden upgrades. These upgrades included remote servo-assisted brakes, leather seats front and rear with leather door cards. We also fitted a Bluetooth amplifier and two speakers behind the seats to add some cruising entertainment without effecting the look of the dash area.

Built on a new chassis with one of our new 2A bulkheads this Land Rover is basically new. The engine is the standard 2.25 3 main bearing Land Rover motor, the only differences being a Weber carburettor and an electronic ignition distributor. Doors have been replaced for new, the wings are new old stock items and the rear tub is completely new as we now build them for each of our restorations, fully spot welded as original.

Finished in classic Land Rover Pastel Green with Limestone wheels but with Chocolate brown leather seats this Land Rover was supplied without a roof to be used by the customer for cruising on a dry day, generally with the screen folded down.
